1. Enrollment & Payments
1.1. By enrolling in our course, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
1.2. Course fees must be paid in full before the start of the course unless a payment plan has been agreed upon.
1.3. Payments are non-refundable after the first session of the course.
2. Course Access & Attendance
2.1. Students are responsible for attending all scheduled sessions (online or in-person).
2.2. Access to course materials and live sessions is only available to registered students.
2.3. If a student misses a class, they must request a make-up session, subject to availability.
3. Certification & Completion
3.1. To receive certification, students must complete all required coursework and assessments.
3.2. Certification does not guarantee job placement, but we provide career assistance and networking opportunities.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
4.1. Refunds are only available before the course starts. No refunds will be issued after the first session.
4.2. If the course is canceled or rescheduled by ALSAAN Academy, students will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
4.3. Students who fail to complete the course due to personal reasons may be allowed to join the next available session, subject to approval.
5. Code of Conduct
5.1. Students must maintain professional behavior throughout the course.
5.2. Disruptive or unethical behavior may result in expulsion without refund.
5.3. All course materials are for personal use only and cannot be shared, copied, or resold.
6. Liability Disclaimer
6.1. ALSAAN Academy is not liable for employment outcomes but will provide guidance and job search assistance.
6.2. The course provides educational training and does not replace official RERA certification exams (which must be taken through official regulatory bodies).
